Joao has been in offshore renewables for over 20 years. That makes him old - but also experienced in a wide range of rather complex technical and strategic aspects. Having worked in a mix of environments also helps, from hands-on projects in yards across Europe to industry leading consultancy positions. While formally trained in hydro and aerodynamics, what he greatly enjoys is the close interaction with his clients - making sure 'current clients are happy' is his motto.
